Biography
Hollie Webb earned her Therapeutic Massage License from Kennebec Valley Community College, located in Fairfield Maine. She has continued her education by obtaining specialized training in Deep Tissue Therapy as well as Orthopedic Massage Therapy. Prior to that she earned a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Sports Management from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY.
Hollie trains in traditional Goju Ryu Karate at the Martial Arts Institute. She has been training since 1998, and has earned the rank of Sandan (3rd degree black belt) through the Kuniyoshikai Organization. She has taught and aided Women’s Self Defense Classes, Stranger Danger Classes, Children’s Classes and Teen Awareness Classes. Hollie Webb combines her knowledge of Therapeutic Massage and traditional Goju Ryu karate to provide a balanced and results oriented experience. She believes in achieving wellness by achieving balance. |

Soccer Anatomy - 3.5 CE hours. National Council on Strength and Fitness
Soccer Anatomy takes a look at overall game performance and ways that strength, speed, and agility can be increased through specific training techniques and exercises. Based on the soccer muscles involved in kicking, heading, tackling, and diving, this course was desinged to help the soccer practitioners improve their game while minimizing injury. Strong emphasis was placed on the anatomy of the muscles involved in soccer.
Clent Centered Exercise Prescription. 5 CE hours. National Council on Strength and Fitness
Skills implementing a client centered exercise prescription program were covered in this program. Activities included client counseling, exercise design, demonstration and implementation, injury prevention and assessment of muscle balance / imbalance. The client centered approach is a means for both functional and practical application.

Advanced Deep Tissue Muscular Therapy Technique - 7 CE hours. Dr Ben Benjamin, NCBTMB approved
Certified Personal Trainer: National Council of Strength and Fitness. Trainers help to motivate clients by setting physical fitness goals and establishing accountability measures. Through fitness assessment, both prior and post exercise prescription, trainers are able to motivate clients towards increased fitness abilities and overall health improvements. They may also educate their clients in other aspects of wellness including general health and nutrition guidelines.

Manual therapy focused on muscular and structural imbalance of the low back and pelvic regions. Contributing factors and effective modalities used to address the following clinincal conditions: sciatica, piriformis syndrome, sciatic nerve dysfunction.
